Feeding 3: 1/2 chicken breast, 1 cup broccoli.
Feeding 4: Went crazy, see below.
Feeding 5: None.
Activity: Rode bike 1 hour, leg strength.
What went right: ate all lean protein and greens.
What went wrong: Total lapse of discipline.
Ok, let’s talk. So my diet plan went down the toilet yesterday. I was doing good all day until after my workout when I went crazy on peanuts, a huge kit kat bar and some Greek yogurt. I definitely had carbohydrate cravings. Plus I think I felt a little deprived and threw in some comfort eating. That fall is no excuse to stay down today. I’m getting right back up on my feet and walking the LA Diet path straight to weight loss success. The issue is that I need to decide what I really want.
If I am saying that I want to lose weight but I am eating shitloads of fattening foods, then I am lying to myself. I hereby now decide that what I want even more than kit kats is a long, lean, sexy, athletic body that builds my self-confidence and makes women’s heads turn . That eating discipline starts right now. I just need to stick with it against all cravings and feeling sorry for myself just long enough to get some diet results, 10 lbs or so. Then seeing the results will motivate me to stick consistently with my diet discipline.
